Course Overview
In “Human Resource Management” the main focus is on the crucial need for HR partner with CEO & hold the goals of the business. Strategic human resources objectives and goals aligned with the organization’s goals.
It is necessary for each and every HR Professional should add value by their participation in business and play a strategic role in the success of the organization, in order to make the business to grow the HR-Business partner should together develop policies & strategies for the organization.
In practice this means knowing the nuts and bolts of the business, being more customer-focused; cost efficient; innovative; and structured in such a way that HR can quickly respond to changing priorities. Traditional HR has been woeful at knowing the business well enough, we still have people in senior leadership role in HR that cannot talk to board members when talk about cash flows and other leading performance indicators such as financials and sales numbers.
