Certified Organizational Development (OD) Analyst – CODA

8 sessions plus Project coaching for 20 hours

“Organization Development” is an effort which is planned, organization-wide, and managed from the top, to increase organization effectiveness and health through planned interventions in the organization’s processes, using behavioural-science knowledge.”

This one-day course will enable participants to understand the core Organizational Development (OD) theories, through to OD interventions, as well as focusing on the role of the OD practitioner. You will gain key knowledge of the organisational development (OD) core concepts, and the tools used to diagnose an organisations effectiveness.

OD interventions are broader in scope, usually affecting the whole organization. Professionals must have a solid understanding of the different OD interventions to choose the most appropriate, based on the expected results and a solid analysis of the organization and its environment.
